Professional Experience |
• Inspection of plant piping and spools fabrication in Fabrication Shop as per relevant Specifications, standards and codes.
• NDE on Piping and Equipments as per specified requirement.
• Inspection of Fabrication and Erection of Offshore Platforms & Jackets
• Interpretation of RT films and UT Reports
• Review of MTC and NDT Reports
• To prepare and conduct WPS, PQR and WQT according to the project requirement.
• Various Inspection activities such as stage wise and final Inspection of pressure vessel, Heat Exchangers, Fired heaters, Compressors and other allied Equipments required for Oil, Gas and petrochemicals project.
• Inspection of vertical storage tanks.
• Inspection of Aviation fuel tanks.
• Inspection and Testing of C/F pumps, valves, pneumatic valves.
• Preparation/ Processing and certification of piping test packages.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco, Qatar Petroleum , PDO , ADCO & QAPCO specification – SAMSS, SAES, SAEP,SP1173,SP1174,SP1096,SP1097 and various international codes such as ASME various sections, B 31.1,B 31.3,31.4, AWSD 1.1, ASTM, ANSI, API 1104.
• Punch list preparation, clearance and client sign off.
• Interacting with client / consultants / vendor / contractor for optimal project functioning.
