• Independently handling Naphtha Exports through marine by calling international tender and handling cargos, which includes Letter of credit, documentary instructions and shipping documents for onward submission to refineries
• Logistic arrangement for the export of petroleum products and dealing with carriage contractors, custom authorities, political agents and Afghan custom authorities
• Market research and customer identification for export of petroleum products.
• Working on tenders float by international customers like DESC/ISAF-NATO
• Managing customers and ensuring product availability from refineries.
• Responsible for accomplishment of monthly sales target.
• Product pricing on fortnightly basis.
• Preparation of management & customer’s reports.
• Looking after Afghanistan Office issues.
• Rate and payment terms negotiations, Maintenance and ensure of the bill of Material
• Correspondence with internal/external customers for Purchase orders, Performa Invoices & contract.
