Independently handling Naphtha Exports through marine by calling international tender and handling cargos, which includes Letter of credit, documentary instructions and shipping documents for onward submission to refineries Logistic arrangement for the export of petroleum products and dealing with carriage contractors, custom authorities, political agents and Afghan custom authorities Market research and customer identification for export of petroleum products. Working on tenders float by international customers like DESC/ISAF-NATO Managing customers and ensuring product availability from refineries. Responsible for accomplishment of monthly sales target. Product pricing on fortnightly basis. Preparation of management & customers reports. Looking after Afghanistan Office issues. Rate and payment terms negotiations, Maintenance and ensure of the bill of Material Correspondence with internal/external customers for Purchase orders, Performa Invoices & contract.
