Make the request material orders Study the offers and quotations and make estimations for each(local or universal). Make planning diagrams of time schedule for project activities. Prepare work shop drawings Develop the Master Project Schedule (MPS) as the target schedule projects ensuring that all schedules developed for control and reporting progress, in each area and level of the project, interface and tie back to the MPS Coordinate and/or develop appropriate internal and external schedule benchmarks Within each project stage, prepare or coordinate the development of appropriate detail and summary project control schedules consistent with project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) / Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS). Within each project stage, monitor schedules and schedule control activities by contractors, collect and compile progress and schedule data, ensure the development of detail and summary schedule updates and reports for review by delivery teams. Assist PSM with development and implementation of project wide progress measurement and reporting system, including roll-up levels and weightings. Prepare schedule basis documentation to accompany above Co-ordination and participation in schedule risk analysis
