Project Manager: - with Qatari Arabian Construction Co. for the construction of turn key 5 stars Hotel (La-Cigale) 240 Rooms of 110 M height at DOHA – QATAR under the consultation of M/s Khateeb and Alami. The peak manpower was 1900 Persons with total value of QR 350 Million .
August 2004 to February 2005
(Deputy Engineering Manager) with Modern Arab Construction Co. for the estimation of different residential and Industrial Plants and projects at Jubail, Abqaiq, Rastannaura, Qatif, Haradh, Yanbu & Riyadh including analysis of direct cost, indirect cost, man-hours, subcontractors and material. For all different types of project (Civil, Electromechanical…. etc).
August 2003 to August 2004
(Deputy Project Manager) with Modern Arab Construction Co. for the construction of Sulphur recovery Project as TECHNIP’s main subcontractor. The client was Saudi Aramco – Riyadh Refinery, KSA.
The Peak Manpower was 1450 Persons.
My Responsibilities includes all direct and indirect activities related to logistics, coordination between different department, Cost Control, Planning, Contractual, Pre-commissioning, Progress Control, buildings, civil works, structural steel and equipment installation.
January 2002 to August 2003
(Deputy Project Manager) with Modern Arab Construction Co. for the construction of Maintain Gas Compression Capacity Project as TECHNIP’s main subcontractor. The client was Saudi Aramco – Abqaiq, KSA.
