Work Description: Acting as Facilities Maintenance Supervisor oversee the work activities of facilities mechanics, electricians, HVAC technicians, contractors and vendors at two or more assigned facilities, while the maintenance services administrator class is in charge of an entire function throughout the Resort. Variety of work supervised in the area technical solving issues such as Electrical Services, Mechanical Services, Hydraulic Services, Communications Services, Security services, Vertical Transportation Services, Fire Protection & Life Safety Services.
Functions and Responsibilities:
ƒæ Responsible for the Energy management system. ƒæ Coordinating in between Corporate Group Engineering to SBU Engineering. ƒæ Responsible for the development of budgets. ƒæ Specific experience and skill related to the Fire Life & Safety Matrix¡¦s. ƒæ Responsible for the Effective management System. ƒæ Responsible for the Asset Maintenance Management System. ƒæ Meet annual targets as per contractual performance indicator ƒæ Liaison with Client and Tenant on day-to-day facility management activities ƒæ Develop and maintain resort preventative and corrective maintenance schedules; perform all maintenance to ensure asset integrity and value of all building systems and architectural components ƒæ Ensure compliance with corporate and legislated policies, procedures, practices and guidelines related to environmental, building code and health and safety issues by applying cursory knowledge of legislation related to these areas ƒæ Supervise Team Members including directing activities, establishing goals and objectives, performance evaluation and communicating vision for operations and maintenance; in most cases will supervise greater than nine (9) Technicians, Tenant Service Coordinators, Property Service Coordinators, Admin Assistants, etc. ƒæ Prepare strategic analysis of properties considering financial indicators, market analysis and long term project plans ƒæ Perform annual inspection of all sites and evaluate the condition of all building components ƒæ Evaluate tenant requests and demonstrate expertise by recommending cost saving or otherwise more beneficial alternatives
