Total 4 ½ years experience of continuous experience as Instrumentation Engineer in Front End, Detailed Design and Erection and Commissioning of Instrumentation Systems in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical plants involving multidisciplinary engineering work.
Experience in all the instrumentation design office activities e.g. Interaction and commenting on PEFSs, Cause & Effect, Functional Logic Diagrams, DCS/FCS and PLC Specifications, Fire & Gas Systems, Control Room Layout, System Architecture drawings, Loop drawings, Graphic displays, Relay Diagrams, Layout of Control Panels & Auxiliary Room Cabinets, preparation of specifications for all types of Field instruments and erection hardware requisitions, Instrument Cable Schedule, Instrument Engineering data sheets, Instrument Hook-up drawings, as-built drawings, vendor data control and drawing approval, co-ordination with client and other disciplines, site visits to collect existing data and extend construction and commissioning support etc. Conversant with various control valve sizing, orifice plate sizing, relief valve sizing PC driven programs.
Interface with the Electrical discipline for proper interlock and start-up of the electrical drives and accessories. To ensure electrical power distribution for Instrument devices and motor operated valves etc. To provide inputs for Electrical SLD preparation.
Experienced in Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Petrochemical Plants and Construction Supervision for Continuous Process Plants and Batch Plants Distributed Control Systems (DCS) Yokogawa Centum CS, Foxboro, Honeywell, Fisher Rosemount Delta-V System, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) Allen Bradley.
Experienced in leading a team of engineers with single point responsibility.
