Professional Experience
Presently working in Fatima Fertilizer Co. Ltd Pakistan Ltd as ammonia plant team leader.Supervised dismantling/shipment of used ammonia plant from The Nethelands to Pakistan. Participated in precommissioning, commissioning and start up of THREE ammonia-urea plants. Has the competency to enhance operating disciplines, strive to strengthen and align HSE system close to OSHA guidelines. All safe work practices revised in DHCL as per latest available know- how gained from DuPont-USA during stay in ENGRO .Misc. operational & safety related presentations and procedures review carried out in ENGRO/DHCL. Remained permanent member of process operating committee and safety operating committee in ENGRO. Well conversant with the company systems & procedures. Developed TNA of management and non-management employees in ENGRO. Delivered sessions on API/DuPont/TPC series topic and on other softer skills.
