Job description & Responsibilities: Ø Complete PDI process handling, from seaport to final customer delivery. Ø Responsible for conduct of Pre delivery inspection and on-Time delivery of Toyota and Lexus vehicles to Customers in Coordination with Sales Dept, Service Dept and Logistics dept. Control of PDI Operations. Ø Supervise the PDI process that includes, Quality Inspection of Vehicle as per PDS Inspection Check sheet. Ø Supervise and control the Showroom Yard Inventory and avoid long time storage of PDI completed vehicles. Ø Lead the responsible group of Technicians and service support staff to achieve goals of the department and in time vehicle deliveries. Ø Inspection of various accessories fitted in the vehicle, Accurate timely information to the Sales staff regarding the status of vehicle with respect to vehicle readiness, delay if any due to quality problems, etc. Ø CSI (customer satisfaction index) handling Ø Monthly sales target achievement set by higher management Ø Implementation of TSM (Toyota Customer Service Marketing) Std. set by TMC- Japan Ø Warranty related matter handling. Ø Attending service notification for PDI of new vehicles. Ø Preparing delivery order for smooth movement to showrooms for sale. Ø Co-coordinating between logistic & sales Dept. for transportation of units. Ø Making UL delivery through SAP system. Ø To attend the technical quires and train the technicians Ø To have the job done within the time allotted.
