• On line sampling/density skid.
Duties: a. Contracts: • Prepare a detail E & I check list for the given project. • Provide input to relevant Project Documents (i.e. Instrument data sheets, Production programme, Quality plan, Document schedule) and review preliminary issues. • Preparing the required I/O list and instrument data sheets as per client specification. • Review and approve all E&I equipment orders with respect to project specification & budget. • Review & approve all E&I documents raised by Sub-vendors, including Control Panel documentation. • Ensure complete assemblies of the metering skid & control panel have been built in accordance with E&I Test and inspection ‘Proof Documents’. • Review and approve all Hazardous Area Certificates for duty and safe operation.
b. Design For Skid: • Electrical & Instrumentation design for the skid (i.e. single line, junction box interconnection, power connection, Hook-ups etc..) • Latest system design incorporates large range of Flow meters like Ultrasonic meters , Corolis meter, Turbine meters etc..for liquid & gas application with required PIT,TT & PDIT signals. • Design for Sampling skid includes Liquid Grab sampler, Auto Change over, Fast loop Design with Local control Station for the Motor. • Design for Prover Skid incorporates Small Volume Prover, Bi-directional Prover with local & remote control, Divertor valves (motor actuated or solenoid actuated) and Flow control valves. • On line Gas Chromatograph design includes local & remote signals, Comm links, FO links etc to DCS as per client’s requirement. Gas analysis, HVAC signals are also added to the design. For Control Panel: • Design for the Control panel includes General Arrangement, Internal View, Instrument loop drawings showing the complete connection between the skid Instruments and the metering panel & system block drawings as per client’s specification. • Signal loops are segregated as per their types (Analogue: 4-20mA, Digital, Frequency) and categories i.e. I.S or NON-I.S. • All signal connectivity is done on Flow computers (Omni 6000 / FloBoss 800) , PLC (Allen Bradley) • System design includes Duty - Stand By, Redundancy or Stand alone with all comm. links to client’s DCS, CCR etc. as per client’s requirement.
