Professional Experience
(February, 2008 to Present): working with John Crane Company Assigned as project Engineer. Principal Duties Assist the Project Managers by providing to-date information on Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Power Projects. Communicate with End-users, Pump manufacturers and designers. Assemble wet and dry gas seals. Analyze and solve mechanical seals failures.
(October, 2004 to February, 2008): working with AL-HUGAYET EST. Assigned to Saudi Aramco (NAPD/RTPD) as Construction Specialist Principal Duties Supervise and directs activities related to the management and construction of assigned Projects from conception to hand-over, to ensure that Projects are completed on time to the required quality and to budget. Participate in Hazard and Operability Plan (HAZOP) Study. Reviewing and approving design drawing for the project. Also, develop Material Take-Off list (MTO) for a set of drawings. Identify critical issues and area of concern that may affect performance target. Provide effective decisions to ensure that risks to the project are properly managed. Review a material requisition for compliance with SAES and SAMSS requirements Review contractor-welding, tie-ins and hydro test procedures Monitoring safety programs and procedures Review Work Breakdown Structure, progress measurement and monitoring systems. Control & Monitor the construction activity. Coordination of interfaces in construction, coordinating progress review meetings Supervise / review all final reports including As Built drawings, Materials Reconciliation, Close out Report, etc., relating to the assigned Project. Review contractors monthly invoice Major Projects done Mercury Removal Unit at Ras Tanura project (BI-0348). Wastewater Treatment Facilities Upgrade @ RT Terminals Juaymah Terminal Tank Farm (BI-3565). Plant J37 Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Project (BI- 3541) RT- Refinery project.
(October, 2000 to July, 2004): worked in Ministry of Information assigned to Dammam Radio Station as Section head of Generators Department.
(March, 1999 to October, 2000): worked in Ministry of Information assigned to Operation and Maintenance Department in Riyadh as Supervisor of Air-Conditioning and Elevation Units.
