PLL is an EPCC recognized in the field of Oil & Natural Gas, Power Plant construction and installation of Cross Country Pipelines, Middle East and South East Asia.
• Involved in planning, estimation and execution of modern Drilling and Blasting Technology. • I completed consultancy blasting project in Dahej Vijaypur Pipeline of Punj Lloyd Ltd as a Graduate service Engineer. • Work experience in Punj Lloyd for 5 yrs as a Pipeline Engineer. Maintaining the production and safety of pipeline. • Adopting central blasting techniques without affecting nearby pipeline and OFC cabling adopting prescribed blasting procedure having the knowledge of survey trenching stringing. Tie in padding, river crossing, backfilling and restoration. • Programming and Installation of blasting software in computers. Taking readings by minimate during blasting time to control ground vibration and printout of the same. • Conducting formal inspection at regular intervals and Random inspections at Irregular intervals during the work. • Development of PFDs and PEFSs. • Selection of material for equipment & piping • Conducting and follow-up of different HSE Audits/Survey/issues. • Carrying inspections on site and advice HSE issues with the HSE team. • Conducting Risk assessment and taking necessary safety precautions before Work starts. • Dahej Vijapur Pipeline Project: Laying Of 600 Kilometer Long Gas Pipeline of 42" Diameter Pipeline from Dahej to Vijaipur. • Jam Nagar Loni Pipe Line Project (Spread- III) • Laying Of Long Gas Pipeline of 16" Diameter Pipeline from Mount Abu to Jaipur in Punj Lloyd Ltd. • Jaipur Bypass Project (Harmara To Chandwaji, 34.7 Km Stretch).
