I have more than 18 years experience in piping design. My previous experience was all about piping design of oil, water, steam, gas, process, utilities and underground piping for power plant and presently, pharma piping which I am already more than a year working under Jacobs Engineering Singapore Pte Ltd. Most of my piping jobs are as follows: piping study and make pipe routing, plot plan and General Piping Arrangement, review and check isometric drawings, detail drawings, prepare MTO and review 3D model using Bentley NavisWorks. I am knowledgeable in ANSI/ASME standard books and other standard books.
In my previous company which was MHI, we used PDS in 3D modeling and in my present company, we use AutoPlant in 3D modeling, we have 3D PDS but for oil projects.
Regarding project abroad, I had experience in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. During this time, my main job were to solve piping problems, prepared modification plan and submitted to client for approval. I had been also in Nagasaki Japan for training in our mother company, MITSUBISH, I for a total of 3 years.
