â€¢ Providing a professional advice and participates in the losses analysis, job analysis, planning and development of training related policies, procedures and programs as per given results. â€¢ Conducting the Job Analysis , initiates, selects, implements, monitors, evaluates and follows-up appropriate training requirements for all employees that came from performance appraisals, promotions, new vacant positions. â€¢ Participating in enhancing training programs in order to support strategic company objectives. â€¢ Developing a realistic budget estimations for creating new training courses and maintaining current ones, and monitors pertinent expenditures to ensure cost effectiveness. â€¢ Participating in the development and implementation of the training policies and procedures. Advising management on the setting of the training objectives and initiating and recommending modification, as required, to ensure attainment of the companyâ€™s training related objectives. â€¢ Initiating , developing , and implementing and controlling the annual training-needs identifying exercise to compile and produce the companyâ€™s annual Training Plans. Analyzing the input and generating reports with results to the Departments Heads. â€¢ Conducting a systematic evaluation of the design and implementation of training courses, including content, cost, relevancy and appropriateness of instructional methods & techniques to ensure conformity with training objectives. â€¢ Monitoring proper implementation and completion of all the planned in-house ,external training courses, e-learning programs, with appropriate follow-up, evaluation, assessment and performance reports. â€¢ Reviewing & analyzing international best practices and benchmarking for corporate training, as appropriate to company requirements. â€¢ Liaising with training organizations within the country and abroad. â€¢ Evaluating their courses in respect of quality of materials, and general suitability for company needs, coordinates the design of company special modules to be included in standard courses, and negotiates the most favorable terms for their development. â€¢ Playing the change agent role by developing, delivering and evaluating relevant workshops and learning sessions to enhance the department system and procedures and the interfaces with customers.
