Experience: (9 Years in Manufacturing Industry) Having 9 Years working experience with M/s Millat Tractors Limited as Assistant/Deputy Manager in different technical domains i-e Quality Control, Service/Marketing and Material Management Departments.
Summary of Assignments: I joined MTL in March 2000 as Trainee Engineer and eventually regularized in February 2001 as Assistant Manager in Quality Control Department to perform the following assignments: (Feb-2001 to Dec-2004) Worked in Q.C Manufacturing as Quality Assurance Engineer and responsible for • Quality assurance of in house machined components according to the specifications of Massey Ferguson UK and Perkins Engine. • On line components inspection with gauges. • Monitoring daily/scheduled CMM auditing. • Deals with field failures/Assembly complaints.
FOREIGN TECHNICAL TRAININGS • Attended one week training course on MF-460/465, 1000/4000 SERIES PERKINS ENGINE OVERHAULING AT KANOO MACHINERY, and DUBAI in June 2006 conducted by Engr. Sheikh Rahim and Engr. Romeo Julatano and facilitated by Massery Fergusson Co. Limited, United Kingdom.
LOCAL TECHNICAL TRAININGS (By Foreign Engineers) • Attended one week training course on “MF-400 series Tractors Fundamentals” in January 2006 conducted by M/s AGCO – UK engineers Mr. Dave Kant and David Edmund. • Attended two weeks training course on “MF-400 series HHP Tractors. Studied their Hydraulic System, Engine Parameters and PDI.
