Responsible for all material handling functions according to company specific procedures. Assist to Store Incharge for preparing storage procedure, storage layout plan and different form & formats. Responsible to send the status of shipment, schedule of shipment (OU wise) to all concern on weekly basis. Keeping records of all packing lists & invoices and other official documents. Responsible for receiving material, counting, storing & stacking as per approved storage layout plan. Prepare preliminary / detail inspection report and damage report / NCR if applicable. Responsible for material issue either to erection site or to subcontractor. Responsible for making Stock Report. To built stock database (for all incoming or upcoming and outgoing) by using computer (MS EXCEL). To make arrangement of loading, unloading, receiving, inspection, issuance and dispatch of material. Checking, signing and maintaining correct records of all inventory / store documents. To ensure that proper safety arrangements exist at the store according to company policy. Dispatch of all store documents to concerned departments within the time limit as specified. Responsible to prepare and send to Store Incharge daily activity record and timesheet, attendance sheet of staff and equipment. Training and gainful deployment of the store staff.
