WORK EXPERIENCE:
Eleven Years Of Industrial Experience As Project Engineer and Production Manager in PVC Plant At IPCL Gandhar Complex, India. Commissioning and Project experience: - Project Engineer for PVC plant at IPCL Gujarat, India. - Project Engineer for VCM plant at IPCL Gujarat, India. - Upgradation of PVC DCS project at IPCL Gujarat, India. - Upgradation project of PVC DCS at Petrokemya, SABIC KSA. - Upgradatio project of EPVC DCS at Petrokemya, SABIA KSA.
DCS Experience : I was involved in configuration and implementation of PROVOX DCS SYSTEM, a Fisher-Rosemount product for PVC plant having approx 3200 points. I have been responsible for maintenance, modification and troubleshooting of DCS. As a requirement for de-bottlenecking of the plant we added and configured more than 300 points and the associated hardware. I have been associated with number of implementations and modifications on DCS as per process requirements and need of the plant. This includes configuration of New Process model , control loops, logics, graphics and reports for DCS.
Plant Operation: I have worked as Production Engineer/manager , responsible for plant production. My job responsibilities included manpower-handling, analysis of plant down time, trouble-shooting & co-ordination with maintenance agencies .I have been maintaining records of plant and individual equipment performance. My job profile included long term production planning, overall safety and reliability of plant. I have been certified with Root cause analysis leadership program by reliability group in SABIC Saudi Arabia.
Design & Modification : I have contributed significantly towards the preparation and revision of plant process designs including equipment specifications, flow diagrams, HAZOP studies, P&ID’S, and operating instructions for modification or addition to existing plant using various software .
Two year of work experience at Petrokemya, SABIC Saudi Arabia as production engineer in PVC plant.

I have been rated Excellent, consecutive three years since inception of rating system in IPCL/RIL. With my efforts, I had contributed more than 2 million dollors by way of production increase, quality and safety of the plant. I have continued with the same passion in SABIC Saudi Arabia, and have been showered with numerous responsibilities. Under my leadership, plant has touched new milestones and still advancing.
