•Calculate HVAC load using Elite software and provide design layout for chilled water and split type A/C system of Oil & Gas industrial support buildings. •Calculate pump head for close and open loop system. •Sizes and Layout Compress Dry Air System. •Approved and evaluate contractors shop drawing related to Mechanical Works. •Assists in the preparation of Mechanical Work as built plans and provide piping layout/ Isometric. •Attends project coordination meetings; discuss with consultants and other trade Contractor’s technical matters arising in the implementation and execution of works. •Review project specifications, Design Instructions, flow diagrams, and supplier information. •Field assignment to verify as-built drawing specification interpretations and design. Provide piping layout and isometric drawing •Prepare design concept, project studies and evaluation for the client. •Prepare budgetary cost estimate of the project. •Prepare technical specification and bid form. •Sizes and Layout process utilities system (Compress Dry Air, Cooling Water System, Nitrogen Piping, and Waste Water Piping) for clean room application of semi conductor plant. •Highlight of the HVAC work experience is the design of Centralized A/ C system for Clean Room Application.
