Job Description
: Carries out day to day preventive, corrective and break down maintenance activities on gas plant and equipment in assigned field, covering gas turbine units and multi stage pumps, gas compressors, , gas and steam turbines, expanders, vessels exchangers in products process plant. In products process plant determining priorities and appropriate standard procedures in conjunction with supervisor, identifying and ordering required materials, spares and equipment, liaising with counterparts in Operations to release desired equipment in plant, preparing necessary work permits, and executing work on site and/or in workshop. Ensures availability of adequate level of consumable materials and spares in local store and arranges for delivery of materials from Company’s general stores. Troubleshoots various process maintenance and operation problems and consults with supervisor and colleagues as required. May assist and participate in complex maintenance and repairs activities carried out by specialists or venders as required. Implements and observes the Company’s HSE policies and procedures. Participate plant expansion project (LNG train 6 and7 ) and involve commissioning, start up activities. May participate in shutdown activities with GE for gas turbine(frame5,7,9) during LNG train 3,4,7 shutdown.

Job Description
:
During this time I am responsible for repairing and maintenance work of equipments used in crude oil gathering wells, injection wells, sub Centers, oil shipping pump units, pressure maintaining units & Main Gathering Centre.
Responsible for daily preventive maintenance and Repairs or replaces damaged parts and reassemble plant/equipments.
Preventive maintenance and Repairs work of prime movers, (Gas Engine, Diesel Engines & Turbines).
Daily Preventive Maintenance & repair works of Pumps
(Reciprocating, centrifugal, screw, helical etc).
Routine Maintenance and repair of compressors. |
Eductation |
1) Junior Technical School Leaving Certificate.
2) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 Years Course) from Board of Technical Education Kerala (1985)
