Samsung Engineering - Seoul, South Korea Nov 2007 to present (EPC for Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals) Instrumentation Engineer Ruwais Refinery Expansion Project. Assigned to Proposal work and responsible for Valves and Field Instruments. Preparation of Instrument List and I/O List according to Latest P&ID and of requisitions for valves and Field Instruments. Checking Vendor Prints and Quotations and ensuring they are according to project specification. Preparation of TBE for different Vendors.
Borouge Project, a petrochemical project an ADNOCs major company, in Abu Dhabi Responsible for Control valves, Flow, Level, Temperature and Pressure Instruments. Responsible for preparation of Instrument data sheet and Specification. Working on SP Intools to generate data sheet templates, report templates and the import and export of data to external databases. Check and review of P&ID and Hook-up drawings and vendor prints. Preparation of requisition of Instrument Procurement service and Instrumentation material bill of quantity Hold meetings with the vendor to discuss variation and requirements according to customers Specification and take minutes. Prepare Technical bid evaluation for vendors quotation Ensuring that materials, plant and equipment requirements are timeously identified and procured effectively and efficiently within the given project timescale.
