Fluor Corporation Houston, Texas 12/2008-Present As a PMC Quality Manager, I had the overall responsibility to develop and implement the program-wide Quality Management system. Responsibilities were; develop a standardized program quality plan documents that will be used by all the EPC contractors and their site construction management teams. Develop program wide audit schedule, monitor and audit the Quality Management activities of the PMT teams, EPC Contractors, module yards and EPC contractor management teams, follow up and verify resolution of audit findings, Analyze data collected from PMT teams and EPC contractors, assess trends and make recommendations. Report monthly to the program Directors on quality metrics information collected from PMT teams and EPC Contractors. Interface with owner quality representative. Conduct external quality audits of suppliers or contractors. Monitor EPC contracts and procurement groups to assure flow of quality requirements to suppliers and sub-contractors. Conduct quality related training and alignment sessions for PMT teams and EPC contractors as required. Reviewed and assessed quality assurance programs for adequate implementation. Maintained performance charts on contractor performance on contract basis. MC Team Quality Assurance Manager. Perform audits to assess contractor and subcontractor QA program implementation, Audits performed to ISO 9001 requirements, and corporate guidelines. All work performed on Sasol oil and gas pipelines, gas-water separation plants, terminal facilities, gas plants and refinery projects in Secunda South Africa. Currently with the Fluor Government Group assigned to LOGCAP IV operations for U.S. Army Combined Joint Task force operations in Afghanistan. I was the Main Contractor QA Manager on this job it was a five billion dollar contract with Sasol, in South Africa. The job is currently on hold due to the current price of oil.

My position was responsible for subcontract compliance with contract and project requirements and procedures.
