1.Manage all Quality issues and Quality Control activities for Manufacturing, Warehousing,Finishing and HSE for the Division. 2.Implement Quality & HSE policies, procedures in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management system. 3.Manage adherence to Quality Standards to meet international standards like API ASME, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel specifications etc. 4.Analyze Quality System Performances through internal Quality audit programmes. 5.Establishing and compiling Quality management Manual, manufacturing manuals, Quality Procedures, Forms, Work Instructions, Job Descriptions, Checklists, Supplier Lists etc. as per QMS system. 6.ISO and third party Audit planning to meet the requirements of Customer. 7.Prepare Quality plans, Inspection test plans, and inspection schedules for various projects to comply with offshore project requirements. 8.Manage In-house Testing facility, calibration of measuring instruments & controls of various instruments in the division. 9.Respond to customer complaints and provide technical assistance suggesting remedial measures. Specify and implement corrective and preventative action. 10.Compile Data of various activities within the QMS system and conduct Management review meetings of the Division. 11.Co-ordinate with senior Management to implement and resolve any Quality or HSE issues of the Division.
