Feb 2007- Current Egyptian Company For Petroleum Marine Services (PMS) Human Resource & Training Department HR First Specialist Duties and Responsibilities - Responsible and coordinate the administrative part in our project in KSA through: .Handling the procedures of travelling permits and visas. .Contacting the shipping agent for getting the work permeation to marine vessels crew. - Coordinate training courses for our employees. (engineers, sailors, administrators) - Working on restructuring the organization with “oil &gas skills” company. - Contributing with the finance department to calculate the compensation of the labors in KSA. - Participate in determining the objectives of the company. - Establishing the training plan according to the company’s objectives and the needs of other departments. - Suggesting the budget needs to implement the department activities.
