Professional Experience
a) Extensive experience in construction of Multi - Storied Buildings, Luxury Villas, Hotel Complex and Shopping Malls – Reinforced Concrete works including suspended mass concreting works, Fit Out works, Interior Design, Interior furnishing works & External Cladding including Soft – Hard Landscaping Works. Infrastructure works-Roads, bridges, Tunnels, Storm Water Drainge, Sewerage Treatment Plant works, Irrigation & Potable water tank and pumping stations, Oil and Gas structure ,etc. b) Extensive experience in Quality management System and approach: • Establishment, monitor and Implementation of quality management system & continual improvement. • Leadership skills involving managing, training, motivating and leading the quality team. • Preparing and Implementation of Project Quality plan, QA/QC procedures, method statements, ITPs and other quality documents. • Plan and perform Internal Quality Audits, within all internal Departments’ functional team and Perform scheduled Audits on Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers. • Follow & Chase the Audit tees for Corrective & Preventive Actions. • Issue NCR for deficient works or practices, Inspection, reporting and monitoring of Corrective actions (CAR). • Experience in field inspection, supervision and Laboratory testing. • Develop Statistical Reports on Quality Performances for the project. • Ensure quality records / documents as required by the contract are maintained till close out matrix. • QA / QC monitoring, preparing and implementing checklist, project scheduling, dealing with consultants, assessment of shop drawings and Design Review. c) Ensure that industry codes and standards, particularly BS, ACI, ASTM, AISC and ASSHTO are properly implemented on the project. d) Experience on quality control of finishing works for 7-Star Hotel projects, residential and commercial developments such as Luxurious villas, apartments, hotels. e) Conduct and manage the weekly Quality Meetings. f) Follow-up closely and minimize the number of NCR’s &Field memos, Investigate the Root cause for Repeated NCR’s and implementation for its agreed disposition to close out.
