Project Management Monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects. Managing overall operations for executing civil projects within cost & time norms. Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking. Developing micro planning of jobs and sequence of activities.
Site & Construction Management/Supervision Supervising on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the stipulated time & cost and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output. Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate site conditions and feasibility for construction, availability of resources and facilities, and to collect field survey data and measurements. Coordinating with all levels of project management, MEP subcontractor and client; supervising planner / scheduler and site engineers, quality inspectors on site to keep development process proactive. Formulating project procedures manuals and project execution plans.
Resource Planning & Control Planning for material & developing vendors for obtaining timely procurement of materials & machinery at cost effective prices to ensure smooth execution of projects. Ensuring suitable deployment of manpower and timely availability of manpower (Contractor and Engineers). Coordinating with contractors and providing them with all the detailed construction documents. Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of targets. Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
