In summary, I have more than 25 years of experience covering various business management processes in the Energy and Service sectors. I worked with local, regional, and international companies, governmental and non-governmental organizations managing multi-cultural teams. I also participated in a number of projects on national and international levels. My experience is in the fields of strategic planning, project management, integrated technology solutions and quality management systems.
I have a strong background and experience in business process modeling, optimization and documentation. I managed a team for the development of project management system for a major oil & gas company. I also initiated and delivered an enterprise business process/information model. Not to mention, supervising the development and implementation of a management system for an airline catering company.
I worked on a number of IT Strategic planning projects including the review of national ICT community strategy, Kuwait Oil Company, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, University of Sydney, National Drilling Company, and ADGAS.
In project management, I managed a team for the development of a project management system in accordance with best practices for capital projects in a national oil & gas company. I also managed a number of projects from initiation to handover that include a company intranet portal, wireless data acquisition, performance management system, business information model, digital intelligent asset roadmap and many others.
I have an extensive experience in quality management as I worked directly with ISO Technical committee that sets ISO 9000 standards. I conducted a number of management systems audits and supervised the development and implementation of management systems complying to ISO 9001 and 14001. I also lead the development of company dashboard and performance indicators.
