Total 6 yrs 10 months experience in design & detailing of the Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and Storage tanks. Job profile includes following tasks. 1) Designing of Pressure Vessels, Tanks (Steel & FRP), Heat Exchangers . 2) Preparation of Inquiry specifications (Requisition for Quotation). 3) Vendor correspondence, Technical bid evaluations / recommendations. 4) Participating Techno-commercial discussions. 5) Review and approval of vendor drawings and design calculations. 6) Co-ordination with vendors and various inter-disciplines. 7) Prepare plant layout from perspective of vessel layout. 8) Provide material take-offs as BOM to projects for making purchase requisition. 9) Estimation of pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchanger, pipes and fittings, stacks.
Knowledge of different Design codes like ASME, TEMA, BS, IS and Shell DEP for Designing of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and Storage Tanks.
