Established in 1966 and has been a Public Sector Undertaking under administrative control of the Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers with ISO certified. Madras Fertilizers Limited has been serving the Nation for the past 36 years since plant commissioning in 1971 and is proud to be part of Green Revolution. It has the following plants under control
HALDOR TOPSOE designed the Ammonia Plant with the capacity of 1050 MTPD of ammonia. The Urea plant is based on the Urea Technologies Incorporation, USA (UTI). In addition, it has the process of total heat recycle process and conversion of 76% with 1475 MTPD. The DORR OLIVER (INDIA) LTD. designed the Complex Fertilizer plant. It is the three-train NPK plant with a production capacity of 2450 MTPH of NPK fertilizers Experience:3 Presently working as a process engineer in National company for sulphur products(NCSP)in Saudi Arabia-riyadh from dec 2009 to till date.
Company Profile: The National Company for Sulphur Products (NCSP) was established by M/s. Al Areefi Group(Rawabi marketing international) in the year 2001, located in 2nd Industrial city, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company is currently Operating 150 MTPD Sulfuric Acid Plant based on DCDA process, 72MTPD Sulphonation Plant(Linear alkyl benzene sulphonic acid and sodium lauryl ether sulphate) based on Multi Tube Film Reactor Technology and 100MTPD Sodium Hypo Chlorite Plant based on Powell Bleach Process.
