THREE YEARS EXPERIENCE IN OFFSHORE OIL AND GAS FIELD Presently working in ABAN OFFSHORE LIMITED as Instrumentation Supervisor in FPU-TAHARA (Floating Production Unit) sited at Cauvery basin PY-3 field in India, since September 2008.
JOB ATTRIBUTES Maintenance of Field Instruments and ISO- documentation, according to PMS (preventive maintenance schedule) periodically in production plant as well as in water injection plant. Line up, start up and operation of well head valves using CAMERON PANEL (hydraulic well control panel) and process monitoring by relay logic unit in production plant. Process monitoring and control by PLC (Allen Bradley SLC-500) & SCADA system, start up and shut down as per standard operating procedures in water injection plant. Participation in emergency drills, hazard analysis, safety meetings, tool box talk. Task risk assessment (TRA), incident and near miss reporting. Calibration and troubleshooting of Level Switches, Pressure Switches , Temperature Switches ,pressure safety valves, pressure relief valves, safety relief valves and portable gas detectors(multi gas detectors , explosimeter). Calibration of pressure gauges, temperature gauges, control valves and smart transmitters. Reading Ladder Logic programs, Cause and effect diagrams, P&I diagram. Installation, Maintenance, Calibration, of hydro carbon gas sensors. Maintenance of F&G panel. Maintenance of flow meters as Turbine Flow Meters, PD Meter, Proportional Velocity Meter, Electromagnetic Flow Meter,Ultra Sonic Flow Meter. Making SS tunings and Fittings, SS looping and Cable Tray Installation.
