Commissioning experience
1. Sasol Limited Acrylates and Butanol project.Quality control,software changes and online modifications as well as commissioning. 2. PetroSA FA Platform South gas Topside modification. Quality Control, Loop checks,Field Instruments set-ups and Commissioning. 3. Sasol 3 Octene Train 3 Loop checks,Field Instruments set-ups and Commissioning. Factory Acceptance test and Side acceptance test. Optimum Instruments 4. Rectisol, Install new DCS controll system. 5. SCC, Change the drieer system from the Fail Safe Cercuit to a DCS ,do the complete FAT,SAT and commissioning. 6. Gasification, FAT on Honeywell Experion DCS system. 7.SAS Reactor 10, replacement off ESD System and add on DCS System. 8. Oxygen Train 16 and cooling tower new plant, FAT,Installation, inspection and Commissioning of Oxygen T16 and the Cooling towers. 9. I am currently work at Optimum Instruments as a Commissioning Specialist we Specialise in Commissioning of Plant in and around Sasol 2&3 Maintenance experience
1. Responsible for the day to day maintenance on the following equipment Valves (Masoneilo,Fisher and Nellis) Transmitters (Rosemount,Khrone,Yokogawa and Endress & Hauser) DCS`s (Honeywell Plants cape,Experion Honeywell,FDM Honeywell & Yokogawa) Honeywell FSC Switches (All temp, level, flow and pressure) 2. Management of Contractors. 3. Maintenance strategies. 4. Scheduled maintenance. 5. Basic Construction. 6. Spare parts control. 7. Design and drawing. 8. Commissioning of new projects and control systems. 9. Project control. 10. Act as a Maintenance Coordinator, as well as a Section Leader for periods of 3 to 6 weeks 2 to 3 times a year. 11. Design and Compile QC packs. 12. Install and Commission the new South Gas lines on the F A Platform offshore. 13. Loop checks and Commission Octene 3 Sasol Secunda.
