FAIRSTAR Awarded Transportation Contract

Fairstar Heavy Transport NV (FAIR) has been awarded a contract by Fugro Seacore Ltd to transport the Eunsung 1200 from Brisbane, Australia to Dampier aboard Fairstar semi-submersible vessel FJELL. The contract is valued at USD 1.1 million. The cargo will be loaded this week.

Speaking on behalf of the Fairstar Client Services Group, Chris Muilwijk stated: “We are pleased to have been selected by Fugro Seacore to transport their valuable cargo. The FJELL has just discharged the JB115 in Melbourne, safely and on schedule after completing a voyage of approximately 45 days from Rotterdam. This move efficiently repositions the FJELL and will contribute nicely to our second cap results.”
