SOCAR’s asset in Georgia, Kulevi Black Sea Terminal LLC has implemented and maintains effective performance monitoring system. As an internal part of this system the Terminal management conducts quarterly and annual key performance indicators review. The system enables management to evaluate progress towards strategic goals expressed in company’s performance contract. The system review covers very important subjects like operational and HSE excellence; maintenance efficiency; financial efficiency; business development; loss management; resource management; customer satisfaction and etc.
Such approach contributes to the efficiency of analyzing progress in different directions and enables to employ necessary actions for further improvement. Data analyzed during the system reviews enables management to identify failed points and assign corrective and preventive actions to prevent future shortcomings.
