Scope of Work
QP needs to engage a contractor to review a number of oil fields for which the State of Qatar has signed Production Sharing Agreements (PSA) with well known International Oil Companies (IOC) for development of such oil fields. These fields are at different stages of development and expert advice is required on future development of these assets with a view to optimize production and increase ultimate recovery.
