Work Description:
1- Supply of high capacity coiled tubing unit, trailer mounted with truck suitable for sour services as in the following specifications:
- # 1 injector head: heavy duty injector head with a frame (60,000) lb .max pull 200 ft/min speed.
- # 1 power pack: skid mounted with cat 3406 diesel engine air starter 12 CFM compressor compensated hydraulic pump.
- # 1 control cabin: telescopic hydraulically, aluminum construction air conditioner.
- # 1 tubing reel: 60 - 90" core diameter.
- # 2 hose reel & hoses: hydraulically powered (2 x 1 1/2", 150 ft) hoses length.
- # 1 generator: diesel engine 10 kw 220 v 50 hz.
- # 1 crane: trailer mounted (separately), 20-ton capacity, (19-47) ft telescopic boom (three sections), hydraulically operated.
- # 1 data acquisition system: computer facilities.
- # 1 blow out preventer: 3 1/16" 10,000 PSI WP, H2S service.
- # 1 stripper: 3 1/16", 10,000 PSI.
- # 1 tractor: kenworth type with cat engine 450-500 hp double or triple axle drive, Allison HT-750.
- # 1 spare coiled tubing: 15000 ft, 1 1/2 ", 0.109" thick. grade QT- 800,QT on a wood reel with quick unit.
- # 1 welding system for C/T: diesel engine welding machine with all accessories for welding purposes.
- # 1 yard spooler: skid mounted with removable shift hydraulically operated.
- Tools for coiled tubing: # 4 check valve, # 3 circulating valve, # 2 washing tools, # 2 fishing tools, # 2 external coiled tubing connector, # 2 internal coiled tubing connector, # 9 adapter flange.
- Back-up shear -type release tool.
2- Supply # 1 fluid pump.
3- Supply of skid mounted mud tanks.
4- Supply # 1 Nitrogen gas generation & pumping unit: high pressure complete package self nitrogen gas generation & nitrogen pumping unit trailer mounted heavy duty used for oil wells unloading (kickoff).
5- Supply of # 2 sets of recommended spare parts & accessories for two years operation.
