Scope of Work
Seamless steel line pipes acc. to API 5L Grade B for size 1.315", and other required sizes must be Acc. to API 5L Grade X42.
All required line pipes should be beveled ends for welding acc. to ANSI B 16.25, double random length (10-13) m, suitable for sour service acc. to NACE MR 01-75(L.E).
The product specification level (PSL) must be (PSL1) for size 1.315" through 3 1/2" and (PSL2) for size 4 1/2" and larger.
The hardness at any point shall not exceed than 22 HRC.

- # 1000 m Line pipes: O.D 1.315" / w. thickness 0.179" inch
- # 20000 m Line pipes: O.D 2 3/8" / w. thickness 0.218" inch
- # 10000 m Line pipes: O.D 3 1/2" / w. thickness 0.281" inch
- # 100000 m Line pipes: O.D 4 1/2"/ w. thickness 0.281" inch
- #10000 m Line pipes: O.D 6 5/8" / w. thickness 0.312" inch
- #10000 m Line pipes: O.D 8 5/8"/ w. thickness 0.322" inch
- # 10000 m Line pipes: O.D 10 3/4"/ w. thickness 0.365" inch
- # 6000 m Line pipes: O.D 12 3/4" / w. thickness 0.375" inch
