Speaking to Shana reporter, ICOFC’s managing director, Mehdi Fakour, said the contracts were related to design, contraction, installation and launching the projects.
He went on to say that under the terms of the contracts “our partners would have to meet 70 percent of their obligations towards the ICOFC by the end of the first half of the current year”.
‘Holding sessions with local manufacturers and contractors were one of fruitful results of 17th Oil show this year’, Fakour said.
He added that concurrent with 17th Oil Show, a number of ICOFC’s projects including Sadat-Abad, Sarvestan, Dehloan and Danan plus their procurement and financing issues were finalized.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Fakour said growth in the number of contractors and parts manufacturers taking part in 17th Oil Show was a sign that oil industry can achieve its goals by relaying on domestic potentials.
‘Ministry of Petroleum and Ministry Of Industry, Mining and Trade held talks on supporting domestically manufacturing on the sidelines of the Oil Show which were satisfactory’, ICOFC’s top executive said.
