TNK-BP has successfully completed the introduction of a unified information solution SAP ERP Human Capital Management in Upstream that will enable the company to reduce operating costs in human resource management.
TNK-BP has automated and brought to a single standard the personnel management information system in all upstream subsidiaries. The new system increases the efficiency of personnel records and minimizes payment risks alongside increased flexibility and operational efficiency of managing the succession pool and social programs. Today, over 5000 company employees are users of the system. The next aspect will be the implementation of SAP ERP Human Capital Management at refining companies and in TNK-BP retail network that will be completed in 2013.
