RasGas Attends World Gas Conference in Kuala Lumpur

A representative delegation from the RasGas Company Limited (RasGas) is currently attending the 25th edition of the World Gas Conference (WGC). The triennial event, also known as the 'Olympics of the Gas Industry' brings together over 5,000 industry professionals as well as 10,000 trade visitors.

Participating for the fourth consecutive time, the RasGas delegation is being led by Managing Director Hamad Rashid Al Mohannadi. He is accompanied by top executives from majority of the company's groups. The RasGas participation will be two-fold: whilst some will be presenting and delivering speeches, the Shipping & Marketing Group executives will be seizing this networking opportunity to pursue and cultivate mutually beneficial relations.

Al Mohannadi will be one of selected 23 keynote speakers. His presentation entitled "Next Phase for Global LNG" will discuss the new challenges and opportunities whilst providing insights on the LNG market demand and supply developments by region.

"The global LNG industry is a dynamic one and its future success will only be achieved by meeting the challenges that lie ahead. RasGas' regular participation in such industry conferences ensures we remain ahead of the game," said Al Mohannadi.
