CEO Decides to Leave the Sea Trucks Group

Sea Trucks Group (“STG”), one of the largest and fastest growing oil and gas marine contractors in West Africa, announces that Robert Jan van Acker, Chief Executive Officer, has decided to leave the Sea Trucks Group. The Group organisation will revert to its previous structure with Jacques Roomans as Group President/CEO and Fraser Moore as Group Managing Director.

Jacques Roomans, President/CEO of Sea Trucks Group, commented:
“We are very sorry to see Robert leave the Sea Trucks Group, but we respect his decision. We appreciate the value that Robert has delivered to our business and wish him all the very best with his future endeavours.”
