EMAS AMC Struggling to Pay Offshore Congo Vessel Fees

Reference is made the notification made on 16 December relating to outstanding charter hire under the charter party for the "Lewek Inspector". Forland Subsea AS has reached a temporary agreement with EMAS-AMC AS, whereby the "Lewek Inspector" will complete its ongoing project offshore Congo, currently expected to be completed in January 2017.
