X Overall responsibility of HR, Procurement & Administration
X Source CVs and expedite the recruitment process as per the annual plan and requirement
X Coordinate for internal and external job advertisements
X Conduct and participate in recruitment interviews, finalize selection and issue indicative offers and employment contracts
X Develop HR plans and policies in conjunction with the companys overall development plan.
X Prepare annual training plan for staff and implement in coordination with the sections
X Coordinate with the PRO and expedite the visa and immigration procedures for the selected candidates
X Advise competency and assessment centre for psychometric assessments. Analyze the results in line with the job requirement.
X Liaise with external agencies and conduct annual employee surveys
X Prepare employee engagement action plans based the survey and follow up progress for implementation
X Develop the induction programmes for the new recruits.
X Review and establish proper organizational structure.
X Develop job descriptions & competencies.
X Annual manpower budget and capital items budget preparation in coordination with the sections
X Drive the HR & procurement team, and set KPIs to achieve the organization goals and operational requirements
X Scrutinize various requisitions and advise on budget availability and reallocation possibilities.
X Ensure that the RFQ/RFP process is in line with the Corporate policy and procedures
X Verify suppliers evaluations and recommend selection based on various criteria
X Review various contracts and amend/confirm requirements.
X Review various policies and procedures related to HR and procurement and suggest amendments as necessary
X Coordinate and implement the ISO procedures
X Represent the section and attend to audit queries
X Overall responsibility of HR, Procurement & Admin Services
X Set KPIs for the sections staff, regularly review performance plan, track progress of various tasks assigned to the staff, advise on areas need improvement
