FINANCIAL OPERATIONS:

 Monthly Financial report and Global Profit & Loss report of healthcare, Consumer lifestyle and lighting segment by business unit and Profit centre wise.
 Prepare monthly financial report like profit and loss, balance sheet and Trail balance on business segment level and compare with budgeted figures.
 Prepare Sales Invoices, Revenue, and other documents which are related to Accounting & Debtors Ageing.

MIS OPERATIONS:

 Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Report preparation and circulate the same for different segments of Australia and new Zealand Philips.
 Preparation of Order intake and third party sales value on profit centre wise for healthcare segment.
 Preparation of Monthly Provision &Warranty control calculation and accrual based upon the Hours
 VBM (Value based management) Report for material price variance analysis with budgeted Rofo.
 MBRM report for COGS analysis with respective variances.
 Analysis of Accrual listing and prepayment listing, Goods received and invoice received (GRIR) details templates, prepared Freight related reports like Inbound and outbound.
 Difference types of Margin reports prepared monthly like Forward, Return and Revaluation analysis.
 Hedging with banks for importing different Raw Materials and analysis the same and giving the input to the Management with Industry Norms.
 Prepare monthly financial report like profit and loss, balance sheet and Trail balance on business segment level and compare with budgeted figures.
 Prepare the cost center report of cost of goods sold and selling expenses details on monthly bases for Healthcare segment.


BUDGETING:

 Business Unit wise Annual Budget and quarterly ROFO (Roll forecasting) preparation for Healthcare and upload the same in ERP, verify the same with Budgeted Data.
 Roll forecasting the material model logistics, volume (quantity allocation), FSP (Fixed selling price), TQ (Tooling quote) and FCP price (Fixed cost price).

 Semi qualified chartered accountant CA PEII
 M.Com, passed in 2012 from Acharya Nagarjuna University
 B.COM (+3, Com), passed in 2006 from Sri Mahaveer Memorial Degree College securing 1st class Honor’s with distinction.

 Register the customer in SAP as per agreed terms (entering/updating of a contract into SAP so that a provision may be accrued according to the terms laid out)
