Respect Energy and Eurowatt have signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) for a period of one year. Under the agreement, Eurowatt will supply electricity produced by its 31.5 MW wind farm located in Potegowo to Respect Energy and its customers.
The agreement between Eurowatt and Respect Energy was signed for one year and entered into force at the beginning of April 2024.
Respect Energy consistently provides its customers with access to energy from renewable sources. We are glad that we could work on signing an annual PPA with the Eurowatt Group - a trusted and reliable partner in renewable energy projects
- said Sebastian Jablonski, President of the Group
In the context of the development of renewable energy in Poland, Eurowatt is proud to cooperate with an aggregator that transforms renewable electricity produced by our wind farm into energy for its customers. Our newly established farm in Potegowo and the signing of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) are an example of pan-European cooperation between companies involved in the energy transition
- said Virginie Thevenet, CEO of Eurowatt.
Under the agreement, renewable energy will be supplied to Respect Energy and its customers from the Potegowo farm - a newly built wind farm located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship with a total capacity of 31.5 MW. The Potegowo Wind Farm is managed by Eurowatt Polska - part of the Eurowatt Group based in Paris - and is equipped with 9 wind turbines.
