New Port Costs issued by Kentrade and KPA

Please note that Kenya Trade Network Agency (Kentrade) has introduced new port fees for application of impending arrival or departure of a consignment. A new cost of USD 80 will be applied for every manifest submitted for cargo vessels in Mombasa. This new port fee is effective from the 20th of May 2024.

The Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) has introduced levy fees for collection of waste from vessels in Mombasa, effective 15th May 2024. The charge is $2.00 per one hundred tonnes based on the ships GRT.

The minimum charge is $200.00, and the maximum is $1,500.00 for every seven days.
