Solaria has hired Alantra and Kutxabank Investment Norbolsa to draw up a strategic plan to accelerate the growth of its Landco Generia with the entry of new partners in its capital.
In 2022, the company bet on the purchase of land in Europe and, for this purpose, created Generia. Land will undoubtedly be a scarce and strategic asset for the development of renewables in the next decade, and Generia will be the ideal solution for the European Union.
In the first quarter of this year, Solaria broke revenue and EBITDA records despite the low price scenario. Revenues increased by 9% to 48.6 million euros and EBITDA also rose by 4% to 41.8 million euros.
Last May, the company also announced its entry into the data center market with the creation of Solaria Data Center.
