The Gazprom Management Committee took note of the information about the progress of the programs for gas supply and gas infrastructure expansion in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as about the progress of additional gas infrastructure expansion in the year 2024.

The Company continues its comprehensive efforts to build gas pipelines to localities that have not been connected to gas before. For instance, in May 2024, construction of inter-settlement gas pipelines to several villages in the Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria and the Rostov Region, as well as to a settlement in the Volgograd Region, was completed. Conditions required for gas grid connections were created for some 650 households.

Intra-settlement gas pipelines were laid in 14 localities in the Ivanovo, Kurgan, Leningrad, Lipetsk, Rostov, Sakhalin, Ulyanovsk, and Vladimir Regions, as well as the Republic of Mari El. This will make it possible to connect over 1,000 households and four boiler houses to gas.

In addition, the Company has developed the design documentation for the construction of three gas pipeline branches and gas distribution stations, as well as 52 inter-settlement and intra-settlement gas pipelines.

In line with the instructions of Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, additional gas grid expansion is actively underway in the settlements that are already covered by gas networks. Gas pipelines are laid up to the boundaries of private households and boiler houses of medical facilities and educational entities at no cost to the consumers.

By now, a total of 1.237 million households within localities already covered by the gas grid have been provided with the technical possibility of taking part in additional gas grid expansion. Pipeline gas has reached the boundaries of over 978,000 households under the existing contracts with the citizens. As before, the major portion of the works (about 75 per cent) has been performed by the gas distribution entities of the Gazprom Group.

As many as 674 contracts have been signed with medical facilities and educational entities, and more than a half of them (350 contracts) have been performed.

It is possible to apply for additional gas infrastructure expansion via the Public Services Portal, the website of the Single Operator of gas infrastructure expansion (SO) (connectgas.ru), as well as in person at the client centers or mobile offices of the Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Group, and at the multifunctional centers for public services. One can make inquiries regarding the filing of applications and clarify their status via the SO hotline at 8-800-101-00-04.
