Guangzhou Petrochemical's first trial production of 90 tons of new polystyrene product GH660LS was shipped out as planned and delivered to customized customers for use.
Polystyrene GH660LS is another new product successfully developed by the company based on the original national green product certified product GH660. It belongs to the impact-resistant series of polyolefins, has good fluidity and impact resistance, and is widely used in equipment housings, toys, household utensils, modified plastics and film products.
Since the beginning of this year, Guangzhou Petrochemical has continued to deepen the concept of "one product, one policy", strengthen customer visits, keep abreast of market trends, develop and produce marketable products, and continuously meet market demand. At the beginning of the year, the new product development team received feedback from customers, hoping to develop new products to meet their usage needs. In response to customer needs, they have conducted special seminars many times, sorted out technical indicators and influencing factors, discussed raw material formulas and production parameters, and prepared trial production plans. During the trial production period, the technical staff of the R&D team strengthened the monitoring of the production process and continuously optimized the production parameters according to the actual production; the inspection personnel worked closely together to conduct product analysis in a timely manner, provided data support for the optimization and adjustment of new products, and finally successfully produced new products.
