Hydrogen conglomerate, United H2 Limited, is beginning to build up a book of revenue-generating companies, which are targeting to deliver $100m+ in revenue across the Group in CY26.
This forms part of UHL's strategy to build a hydrogen ecosystem — with interests in North America, Asia, Latin America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and the UK — as it begins to prepare for a public listing.
UHL investees on the cusp of commercialisation:
H2X plans to deliver vehicles to Renova after the roadworthy accreditation process, allowing it to scale production. This will mark the first delivery of a ~A$48.5m order book H2X is building.
Alpha H2 has secured deals with Latin American and African distributors with initial volumes at US$50m in order interest for the first year, with revenue expected to reach US$500m+ per annum in sales after five years.
H2i Technology has installed five injection kits for a customer in Asia and has a sales pipeline of 100,000 units.
Aviation H2 is building the world’s first liquid ammonia jet engine and is aiming to run a test flight in 2025.
After signing a deal with a publicly listed company in the UK, National H2 anticipates it will have an operating plastic-to-hydrogen plant by 2025 with more expected by 2030 across Hong Kong, Australia, Italy and Sweden.
Pure Biochar expects to have an operating biochar production facility in 2025, with a further four over the next five years. Each site will deliver $5m+ in annual revenues.
