(“Plug Power”), a global leader in comprehensive hydrogen solutions for the green hydrogen economy, announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $200,000,000 of its common stock. In connection with the offering, Plug Power intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $30,000,000 of additional shares of common stock. Plug Power intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
