The author learned that the last compressor unit of Great Wall Drilling Sulige Su 53-2 gas gathering station was recently assembled and replaced. This marks the completion of the 5-day annual shutdown and maintenance task. This maintenance involved 10 gas gathering stations in 3 operating areas, covering 41 maintenance projects such as process transformation, valve replacement, tank cleaning and sand removal.
Annual shutdown and maintenance work is an important way to check the operating status of equipment, eliminate hidden dangers of equipment problems, and ensure the safety of equipment operation. It is also the key to achieving long-term operation and ensuring gas supply in winter. In order to complete the annual shutdown and maintenance tasks, the company organized 8 special meetings on shutdown and maintenance, communicated with Changqing Oilfield in advance, made timely adjustments to the production of gas wells, and carefully formulated shutdown and maintenance construction plans. After receiving the advance instructions for the maintenance tasks, all departments cooperated, and personnel, materials, and equipment were quickly organized and put in place. According to the maintenance work schedule, the work progressed steadily. Based on the principle of "simultaneous advancement, close connection, orderly procedures, and quality and quantity assurance", 23 professional teams were organized, and more than 20 welding units, installation units, separator sand cleaning units, and mobile cooperation units were invested to ensure the successful completion of the maintenance tasks.
During this shutdown and maintenance, a total of 10 process modifications were completed, 41 pipelines were replaced, 72 valves were replaced or installed, 10 separators were sand cleaned, and 153 small equipment parts were repaired, providing strong support for the completion of the annual production tasks.
