The Pu 4031 well, which is responsible for the fracturing scheme design and on-site construction technical guidance, produced 63.4 cubic meters of high-yield industrial oil flow per day, setting a new record for the fracturing output of the Changyuan South tight oil vertical well in the Daqing Oilfield.
The development of tight oil in the southern part of Changyuan has the characteristics of poor reservoir properties and undeveloped natural fractures. In the past, the proportion of high-yield wells after vertical fracturing was less than 10%. This time, the volume fracturing of the tight oil vertical wells in the southern part of Changyuan achieved high yields, which has important guiding significance for strengthening the exploration ideas of thick sand and rich oil and implementing the proven reserves of tight oil in the southern part of Changyuan.
This year, the technical staff of Daqing Oilfield Production Technology Research Institute proposed a production increase technology path of "enhancing effective support, increasing transformation volume, and enhancing driving force", and formulated a process strategy of "vertical control of fracture height by proppant plugs, plane expansion of branch fractures, and oil displacement and flow promotion by nano-imbibition agents". With the support of the Exploration Division, Exploration and Development Research Institute and other units, the institute dynamically optimized and adjusted the plan, strictly controlled the quality of materials entering the well, provided technical support for the smooth construction of Pu 4031 well, and helped accelerate the rise of the "second curve" of Daqing Oilfield.
